It’s A Lehigh quarter-sleeve pull-over dress.  100% polyester.  White background with a purple feather design.  Half-circle collar with opening in the front down to the elastic banded waist.  Purple 1” wide ribbon cinch, somewhat frilly at the ends, through white thread loops at the waist.  Approximately five thread snags below the front waist, one is ½” & the rest much less and approximately two in back that are very small.  Bust: 35”.  Waist unstretched: 20”, stretched: 30”.  Hips: 38”.  Length: 42 ½”.  Sleeves: 3”.  Shoulders: 14 ½”.  Hem outstretched: 114”, laid flat naturally: 46”.  Belt length: 66”. Label reads size 10.
